Description
Back in nineteen dickety-two I was a dee-jay at a college radio station. One December, band name of Melvins were playing in town and dropped by the station for an interview. So, I chatted with them on the air and a good time was probably had by all. Part of the promotion was giving away these autographed 7"s to listeners, and I kept this one for you to have thirty years later. The record is packaged in a ridiculous cover that I couldn't figure out, so I never opened it. Amazing artwork by Frank Kozik.
The band members signed each record differently, and this was the best, with Dale writing "Piece Eep Pee" along with his name, and Buzz writing "King Buzzo is the Debil." The record is also signed by Mark Deutrom while he was wearing a cowboy hat, despite the fact that he is not on this record. Lorax is credited with bass, but I heard Buzzo had to record her parts instead, on account of she was Shirley Temple's daughter.
Pretty much mint. Never opened. No damage.
**IMPORTANT maybe** If you win multiple auctions on the same day, wait for me to invoice you so I can combine shipping. Cheaper for you is good! If I don't invoice you within 24 hours, send me a msg through ebay and my phone will buzz and wake me up from my recurring nightmare where my mom and dad meet and then have me and then I grow up and become me.
