The split Melvins/Hammerhead 7" picture disc created for the Post Moral Neanderthal Retardist Pornography shows in LA & NYC.

5 different artists were asked to design the artwork for the split single. Same tracks on all 5 discs with artwork by Camille Rose Garcia, Haze-XXL, Shepard Fairey, Junko Mizuno & Chris Mars.
