MELVINS - STEEL POLE BATH TUB – Sweet Young Thing Ain't Sweet No More 7” 

1990 release on Boner Records (BR21) in an edition of 700 on more than 100 different vinyl colors; this one’s a transluscent purple. The A side is a Mudhoney cover, the B side’s a Sonic Youth cover. The whole thing is super referential, in part to the infamous  Sonic Youth / Mudhoney – Touch Me I'm Sick / Halloween 7” on Sub Pop.
Anyway, near mint.
