Contains Studio Albums Originally Released 1969-1974!This 180g 5LP box set contains studio albums originally released between 1969 and 1974 featuring exact reproductions of the original artwork. The 5 individual LPs are housed in a slipcase outer box with tartan plaid design. Albums included in this box set are: An Old Raincoat Won't Ever Let You Down (1969), Gasoline Alley (1970), Every Picture Tells a Story (1972), Never A Dull Moment (1972), and Smiler (1974).
Rod Stewart is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold over 100 million records worldwide. He has had six consecutive number one albums in the UK, and his tally of 62 UK hit singles include 31 that reached the top 10, six of which gained the number one position. In 2007, he received a CBE for services to music.
With his distinctive raspy singing voice, Stewart came to prominence in the late 1960s and early 1970s with The Jeff Beck Group and then with Faces. He maintained a solo career alongside a group career, releasing his debut solo album An Old Raincoat Won't Ever Let You Down in 1969. His early albums were a fusion of rock, folk music, soul music and R&B.

CONDITION Details:
The 5-LP box is actually BRAND NEW. The outer plastic wrap was removed due to fraying. This box and record jackets are in NEAR MINT Minus overall condition! The only tiny issue is a mark along the UPC code at the back of the box only - see picture number 4 with this listing to see the details.
The LPs are in Near MINT overall condition! As mentioned, this set is actually brand new and never played. Everything is crisp, clean and shiny! - a terrific example of a collectible box set.
A Short Note About LP GRADING -- Mint = Only used for sealed items.
- Near Mint = Virtually flawless in every way.
- Near Mint Minus = Item has some minor imperfections, some audible.
- Excellent = Item obviously played and enjoyed with some noise.
- Very Good Plus = Many more imperfections which are noticeable and obtrusive.
For best results, always properly clean your LPs before playing them, even for brand new LPs!
