This auction is for the following hard to find
LISZT PIANO CONCERTOS 1 & 2, RICHTER - PIANIST LONDON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA CONDUCTED BY KYRIL KONDRASHIN
Label: MERCURY/PHILIPS ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING PHS900-000
This is a Philips PHS900-000 Original first issue & pressing of Liszt Piano Concertos 1 & 2, pianist is Sviatoslav Richter, accompanied by the London Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Kyril Kondrashin.
My father is the original owner of this Record. He played it off & on over the first couple years after he aquired it but then lost interest in Liszt so the LP has sat unplayed since then! For it's age the record is in extremely good shape (VG+). From a visual inspection I can only detect light surface scuffs & scratches mostly on side 2. Dust jacket & inner sleeve are in good condition, the jacket face still has a bit of a sheen to it but three of the corners have some wear & have been repaired to avoid further damage, but it is nothing really noticable.
I am trying to grade these records accurately, to which end I have even taken this box set along with several others to a couple local expert collectors for their opinions, just to be safe. With that said, I will stand behind this claim & refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) upon return of the record if you feel my description was inaccurate or incomplete in some way causing you to be unhappy with your purchase!
