Description
Two albums by MERCYFUL FATE: Melissa MRI-369 on the silver Megaforce Records label from 1983 and Don't Break the Oath MX 8011 on a funky olive green colored Combat label from 1984. Both covers show some edge/corner wear, a little bit of wrinkling, some smudges, and the beginnings of ring wear. Both pieces of vinyl are very nice looking but do have some fingerprints and smudges (I leave it to the buyer to clean as he/she sees fit) and there is a surface scrape of some sort on all four sides, not deep enough to be a scratch and don't know if it could be cleaned off.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not a professional grader so I try to be as descriptive as follows. I will say that these albums come from the collection of a fellow who typically took very good care of his vinyl.
The vinyl for Melissa is in a white paper sleeve (or more cream colored now). The tracklist is as follows:
Side One: Evil, Curse of the Pharaohs, Into the Coven, At the Sound of the Demon Bell
Side Two: Black Funeral, Satan's Fall, Melissa
Don't Break the Oath includes the original black and white glossy inner sleeve which has lyrics and pictures but the vinyl itself is in a rice paper sleeve. The tracklist is as follows:
Side One: A Dangerous Meeting, Nightmare, Desecration of Souls, Night of the Unborn
Side Two: The Oath, Gypsy, Welcome Princess of Hell, To One Far Away, Come to the Sabbath
