Description
On offer is a great copy of Merle Hagard and the Strangers' classic LP Swinging Doors and the Bottle Left Me Down, Capitol SM-2585. The LP was originally released in 1966, and this is a re-issue from the 70's. I acquired the LP in England but from all I can see it is the U.S. version.
The record plays great, sounds great -- full, bright and punchy. The vinyl has its original shine and gloss. The playback is very clean. Vinyl surfaces have no signficant marks that I can see. Record grades Excellent by the Record collector magazine definition "The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality."
The cover is also in excellent condition. No splits, creasing, marks or writing. Some slight wear and one slightly bruised corner.
