METALLICA Ride The Lightning BLUE VINYL Released on 26th Aug 2010

. This 2-LP edition is half-speed-mastered, and pressed on 12" 45RPM for the BEST sound quality! Kill 'Em All may have revitalized heavy metal's underground, but Ride the Lightning was even more stunning, exhibiting staggering musical growth and boldly charting new directions that would affect heavy metal for years to come. Originally reissued and remastered from the original analog master tapes in 2008 as part of the Harder, Faster, Heavier series, as a limited edition release on black vinyl which sold out in two days and went out of press- now reissued on BLUE vinyl in a one time limited edition of 1000 units not available in retail stores- 500 were made available on BecauseSoundMatters.com, and the other 500 went to paid up Metallica Fan Club members site (metclub.com)) Please be aware this box was opened by myself to make sure the right colour vinyl was inside, the belly band is intact. Warner Brothers messed up big time with the other coloured vinyls (People buying coloured vinyls and ending up with standard black vinyl, If you have sealed copies you would be advised to check them)
