Artist: Mariachi Coculense (with Cirilo Marmalejo)
Tracks: Adinde Estara esa Negra Consentida / Las Gaviotas

There were a few "Mariachi Coculense" bands, and this is the one led by Cirilo Marmalejo (1890-1960), who reportedly was the first to bring trumpet to a mariachi band. This pairing is from the mid-1930s, and features a lot of great plucked violins, string bass and trumpet. With male duo vocals, high tenor and baritone. B-side is uptempo.

Condition: V++ (light wear and marks, plays well)
