LONDON/DECCA FFRR ORIGINAL 3-LP BOX SET: STILL SEALED!!!

FAR AND AWAY THE FINEST RECORDING OF CARMEN, IN ITS 2 BEST-SOUNDING VERSIONS: THE MAGNIFICENT MFSL SET (WITH HUGE DYNAMIC RANGE) AND THE ORIGINAL, LUSH, CLEAR AND PUNCHY LONDON/DECCA FFRR BOX SET!

Awe-inspiring performances by Tatiana Troyanos, Placido Domingo, Jose Van Dam and Kiri Te Kanawa conducted by Georg Solti  If you like Carmen, this is as good as it gets!!!  Way better IMHO than the Callas/Gedda, Horne/McCracken (which actually is not that good, despite what Harry P. says – thank God he stopped smoking that "pipe" :) or the Berganza/Domingo recordings.

MFSL set has been well cared for at all times and stored upright, in a protective cover in a smoke-free, climate controlled home.  Played 1 time only on a well-maintained, high end turntable with a new MicroBenz Ruby III Reference Cartridge.

Original London 3-LP Box set is still sealed.  Box has a small ding on the back, though the shrink is still intact.  This box set has also been stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled environment!
