This Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs UHQR (Ultra High Quality Record) of Cat Stevens' "Tea For The Tillerman" is number 1133 of a limited edition of 5000. The Mobile Fidelity catalog number of this title is MFQR 1-035. These UHQR box sets were pressed at the Victor Company of Japan plant (JVC) in Yokohama, Japan during January, 1982.

The outer box has some minor condition issues (see the pictures and read the details below), but the record itself is in very good shape.

I would rate the disc itself as VG condition. There is a light mark at the beginning of Side 1 that runs through the first track (Where Do The Children Play?) and part of the second track (Hard Headed Woman). I have not played the LP, so I do not know if there is any audible effect from the mark. I believe that if there is, it should be relatively minor. This LP has recently received a professional ultrasonic cleaning by Audio Video Archives of Cleveland (operating under the eBay ID of effgjm). It was placed in a new Mobile Fidelity innersleeve immediately after cleaning, and has not been played since that time. The original Mobile Fidelity innersleeve will also be included. 

I would rate the outer box as Good condition, primarily because of the box lid. There is some light shelfwear, and the upper two corners of the box lid are split, with the most noticeable split being at the upper righthand corner (see the final image). The corners of the box tray are still intact. The contents of the box are in G to VG condition. The inner cardboard jacket has some light creases, and the beginnings of splits at the center of the three sides. Both foam inserts are present, as is the cardboard disc protector. The Certificate of Authenticity (#1133) has a minor bend on one corner, but it is overall in good shape, as is the Technical Specifications Manual.
