The back of the cover has black and white photos from the movie film. Also information on how the movie was filmed and this record was recorded. Also a synopsis of the Story of "The Wizard of Oz"

Labels are yellow with black writing

• Record: VGVG+ (Side 1 has surface noise,Side 2 Faint surface noises, can still hear clearly on both sides)        
• Label: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a bit of wear around center hole. Side 2 has a bit of a scratch)      
• Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Some wear along edges and corners with a small piece of tape at top right corner. Bit of dirt on front on left edge. Some dirt on back from age)
