Artist: MICHAEL JACKSON
Title: “History – Past, Present and Future – Book 1” 3 LP box set
Label: EPIC. Stereo pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is gold and black. Catalog number is E3-59000.
Year: 1995.
Condition:
DISCS: Vinyl is NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found, except Side 3 has a light hairline scuff that does not affect play. Appears to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with care. Labels are clean. Fidelity is superb. A gorgeous set you will never need to upgrade.
BOX: Heavy glossy box is EXCELLENT with nice bright artwork. Panels are clean and bright. Nice seams and corners. No writing, stickers, or cutout indications. Overall a very fine box to accompany the gorgeous discs.
Includes factory inner sleeves in EXCELLENT condition, with small side splits (approx. 1”).
Included in this auction is the bonus promotional flyer/poster entitled “Remember the Times”. It is in the format of a newspaper, with several “articles” referencing different Michael Jackson song titles, with lots of photos. The back panel has a write-up of the “HISTORY” release with song titles, so I think this was a hand-out at record stores. This is in EXCELLENT condition. There are 2 small stains on the front panel at the center, and there is creasing from being folded in the box set for all these years. It’s an interesting item for the Michael Jackson fan!
