This record is in near mint condition. It has a few faint spindle marks visible on the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs, fading or staining anywhere. The centres show no serious wear and are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in very nice shape.

As for the vinyl itself, both sides have a lovely lustre and show little to nothing in normal light, and still little in bright light. Overall it is in really nice condition with nothing at all obvious or major and just very slight signs of use to its playing surfaces.

I play tested the record and it played well throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no arm movement noticeable.

The audio produced is excellent with no skips, sticks or annoying tics.

The gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition. It is generally nice and tidy with no splits, tears, scuffs or pen marks and hardly any edge wear. The spine is square and straight and all writting along it is clearly legible. The front is nice and bright with minimal discolouring. The rear however has some grubby storage marking showing(see pics). There is also a touch of discolouring to the inside of the gatefold. Due to the mild marking to the rear the sleeve is graded at 'EX' which I think is fair and accurate considering its minimal wear overall. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
One other thing to note regarding the sleeve is that it has been glued/produced slighty out of line, and so there is a small overhang to the gatefold. Not severe but worth mentioning. :)

It includes its original lyrics inner which is in near mint condition with no splits, wear or grubbiness. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white inner to ensure no damage occurs to the original during transit.

The record will then be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
