Description
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
WILDLY RARE Bernie Grundman mastered Pitman gatefold first? pressing from August 10, 1979? on Epic's black & blue label with G1A/2DA matrix suffixes etched in the dead wax, respectively, on sides one and two and a strange M(cents symbol?)C etching I have never seen before in all my 45+ years of collecting and selling. Release year is unclear as there isn't a single entry for this pressing anywhere in the gargantuan, all-knowing Discogs database whatsoever. THAT'S how you know it's rare. LP is VG+/VG++ with a few light paper scuffs. Cover is VG+/VG++ as well with a hint of wear on the spine.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
