Description
This is a very good original U.S. pressing copy (catalog # FE 35745) of Michael Jackson's breakout solo LP, released in 1979. Three singles from the LP, "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough," "Rock with You," and the title track, helped define that era. The gatefold jacket has one main problem area: some heavy wear on the top seams and corners, and a few small tears near the top seam on the back cover. It is otherwise in fine condition with a few creases and some mostly light wear around the other edges, a little light ring wear, and some light creasing and wear inside the gatefold. Overall VG(+). Visually, the disc has some scraping, staining, scuffing, and general wear. It plays well overall, though, with moderate surface noise at the start of side 2, but otherwise with some light surface noise (parts of the LP play in the EX range) (VG+).
I’m helping a friend sell his personal collection. I have play graded (spot checked) discs. The jackets will be shipped in plastic sleeves with the discs removed from them.
