This is a 7", 33-1/3rpm promotional record with PSA radio spots for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's "Drinking and Driving Can Kill a Freindship" campaign. Michael Jackson was involved in this 1984 campaign and his song "Beat It" is used as the musical theme.
