CINE OPERA is a 21st anniversary re-imagining of the classic Michael Nyman album, La Traversée de Paris, showcasing this remarkable renaissance man’s work as composer, filmmaker, photographer and artist.

Limited to just 500 copies, CINE OPERA is presented in a beautiful gatefold sleeve; the iconic album pressed on vinyl for the first time, with the addition of three exclusive bonus tracks and a beautiful fine art print of Michael Nyman’s photography, plus hand-written notes which are hand numbered and signed by the artist. Michael Nyman has been closely involved with every aspect of this exclusive new creation.

This edition contains the following:

• Limited edition of 500 copies worldwide, each hand-signed and individually numbered by Michael Nyman
• Gatefold Sleeve printed on pristine white 300gsm Colorplan with metallic ink, with exclusive Michael Nyman cover artwork
• 2 x 200gram super-heavyweight vinyl records featuring La Traversée de Paris, plus three exclusive bonus tracks (see tracklisting, below)
• CD, containing full album, housed in a Pochette
• Exclusive Michael Nyman photograph, printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper
• Michael Nyman essay and sleeve notes, printed on pristine white Colorplan
• Release date Monday 12th April 2010

All packaging and records and cd are in mint condition.

Although still available on the Vinyl Factory website it does cost £200 + p&p.
