MICROFUSION strange insane 1960 experimental noise wow! Shipping Info | S/H info: Description one of the most head-scratching LPs from the era, it's almost impossible to believe this one is real. 99% of the medicinal/self-help/relaxation LPs back then were quack scam artist-type deals. this was issued as part of a 5 LP series after years of dental (yes, dental) research by emory cook and comes with in-depth booklet and three inserts. this is "guitar", my favorite LP in the series. tracks start off with flamenco riffs and then slowly build into a wall of pure white noise. sounds kind of like a blow-torch. i can actually imagine the raymond scott baby stuff serving its purpose but somehow, i have a real hard time imagining this stuff aiding with insomnia. this is "microfusion white sound 99" (COOK) and the finest copy i have ever seen. fantastic collection this week of vintage strange, obscure & esoteric LPs, maybe the best list i've ever put together. i've spent the past year or so ferreting away doubles of my all-time favorite albums and have added in some curiosities from my own collection. these should appeal to everyone from the avant garde crowd to the psych heads and (obviously) all you exotica freaks. everything listed today comes very highly recommended. no hype here, people!
