We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. - Easy Chair’s 1968 demo-only LP is a legendary west coast artifact. Few people have actually heard it, even fewer, next to nobody you will know actually owns a copy, but among those in-the-know have expressed a certain surprise at how good it is, apart from the "collector dream" perspective.

- Recorded as early as April 1968, EASY CHAIR's sound is surprisingly mature and self-confident, pointing towards the epic-psychedelic style found on 1970s classics such as Bob Smith, D R Hooker and Garrett Lund.

- The fuzzrocker “My Own Life” has gone around on a CD-R compilation that caught attention with collectors, even better is the extended “Slender Woman” and “Easy Chair” (which named the band) that give the demo its moody ahead-of-time character, reminiscent of the great “12 Dreams Of Dr.Sardonicus” by Spirit at times. Easy Chair are often mistakenly referred to as a Bay Area outfit, but the band was from Seattle and recorded the demo with the local Vanco label, whose LP catalog seems to have been a one-off custom/vanity operation. With the enormous amount of talented psych bands around in 1968, the record label twirly-bird heads in charge of executive recruiting missed as many talents as ones they chanced on ...exceptions, but most without a clue. The EASY CHAIR LP didn't reach the right ears in order to break the Easy Chair, with exception to, after opening for the Mothers Of Invention, Frank Zappa liked the band enough that he invited them down to Los Angeles and his Straight label. However, the band fell apart in the interim, leaving Easy Chair leader Jeff Simmons to cut his infamous solo collectible LP "Lucille's Messed Up My Mind" for Straight Records and his guitar work convinced Zappa to offer a spot in his own band.

Easy Chair's 1968 insanely-rare release is one of the most sought-after US North-West psych-underground records of all time. Original copies have been sold for over $1000.
Justly remembered as psychedelic rock pioneers, they crammed an amazing career into only one year of activity. Easy Chair performed with the Yardbirds, Cream and the Mothers of Invention plus others of note. Their epic West Coast blues features the unique chemistry of psychedelic guitar leads, fluid lines and hypnotic chording. As mentioned, by the end of 1968 they caught the attention of Zappa's crew and signed a record contract with Bizarre Records. Unfortunately Easy Chair broke up too soon, though multi-instrumentalist Jeff Simmons, together with drummer Al Malosky, recorded the great collectible 'Naked Angels' soundtrack. After releasing his solo album 'Lucille Has Messed my Mind up' in 1969, Jeff joined The Mothers.
