Description

Up for auction is a rare original pressing of the SPARROW  lp The Outcast .
This lp was released on the NATIONAL label as NLP 4199 .

This album boasts the backing from the Bert Inness Orchestra.
Truly one of the top calypso recordings I've ever heard!!


Condition:
Vinyl is in solid VG condition. Vinyl is clean and shiny. The vinyl does have the tiny "pits" that plague the early West Indies pressings on National, otherwise would grade higher as a solid VG+. These are generally negligible surface marks, but some light surface noise is heard.
Record cover is in overall decent condition. There is a bottom seam split that runs almost all the way across. Still tight binding otherwise.
