Brief Artist & Album Info: I must confess to not knowing a huge amount about this guy, but what I will say is this is a superb folky album on a rare label in supreme mint condition. His one and only recording on this most famous late-60s labels, founded by a certain John Peel (yes the famous British DJ). He former the Dandelion label to promote singers he held in high regard to promote their work - to be honest few sold in large numbers and this label is now very collectable indeed. A fine set of songs, at times it has a Dylanesque sound and feel to it, this guy was clearly a talented singer and songwriter. This astonishing cover is Excellent and if this rare early Dandelion album is needed - even by the specialist connoisseur collector - it is unlikely to ever be found looking and sounding better.
Cover Grade and Format: Excellent as any 1969 cover can ever get its a single format, laminated on the front, a more unusual semi-matt rather than the usually highly glossy finish. This was printed in England by Shorewood Packaging Co Ltd, Aylesbury. It has astereo gold sticker on the back. A beautiful cover, clearly rarely seen light of day, they simply are so rarely found looking like this - you will never believe this is 35 years old!
Cover Front: Looks almost new, strange artwork and perfectly clean and unblemished - try finding this front better - not a chance.
Cover Back: A dark cover with no laminate looking almost new - hardly likely is it - but its here and looking incredible. Super clean and unworn and even this back has no trace of ringwear. An amazing item.
