Here is one really nice copy of a rare
R&B soul popcorn 45 RPM vinyl single.
On HAWK RECORDS, this is MIKE LAWING
with CHIMPANZEE RIDE b/w IN L.A.
Catalog number 45-H-504-1 and 45-H-504-2.
FREE INSURED SHIPPING IN THE USA!!
I listed it as USED but I am not sure if this has been played,
other than when I took it for a spin after I cleaned it.
Except for the discoloration on the IN L.A. side of the label,
this may be the best copy you will see.
It is a white label but it does not mention the words NOT FOR SALE
or that it's a promotional copy as I have seen on another copy.
The stock copy is normally an orange label.
Also this label only says HAWK, not HAWK RECORDS as I have
seen on other copies. This is one cool copy.
Dead wax / runout is M90W4871-1A and M90W4872-1A so
this is an early pressing.
I can see no marks on the vinyl under a light.
The vinyl is glossy and bright
It plays and sounds great.
This was found at a sale of a former record distributor.
I will send it in a heavy blue paper sleeve and
a protective plastic sleeve in proper mailer.
