MIKE OLDFIELD TUBULAR BELLS
Issue : UK 1st PRESS Label : VIRGIN Catalogue No : V2001 Matrix : V2001 A/B
This UK 1st press is on the white Virgin label. It is complete with the very earliest V2001 A/B handetched matrix and the earliest EJ Day laminated sleeve. Released in 1973, it is the debut release of both Mike Oldfield and Virgin Records.
The vinyl is in Very Good condition. The heavy vinyl has a sensational mirrored gloss, with just a few very light marks on both sides. The original Virgin label is bold and completely clean. The black is solid, the text is sharp and there is only light spindle wear.
The laminated sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The laminate has a superb bright mirrored shine, the image is still very clear and the text is sharp. There is a little corner wear and a couple of light laminate creases. The sleeve is solid and the spine is firm with clear text.
