This is the original 1959 Mono release of Miles Davis' album Porgy and Bess, 

released in March 1959 on Columbia Records.

Regarded as a must-have, the vinyl—particularly the mono—captures the intense, intimate, and often poignant atmosphere of the Gershwin opera, highlighted by a standout, slow-burn rendition of the classic “Summertime”.
