MILES DAVIS! "KIND OF BLUE" ORIG RELEASE - 1959
This auction is for a Columbia Records produced album "Kind Of Blue" (CS8163) by Miles Davis . 33 1/3 rpm record is in near mint condition with hardly any surface noise and no skips. This is the original of this epic recording featuring Julian "Cannonball" Adderly, Paul Chambers, James Cobb, Bill Evans and Wynton Kelly. This is one of the greatest jazz albums of all time! Record is in near mint condition (I would like to call it mint, but it is used). Jacket is in Good condition because someone has put a "D" on Miles' head on the front cover, a "D" on the rear cover & an address label also on the rear. This is the original 1959 release with the "six eyes" label & is a very great album!. I'll have to start this one at a price of only $24.99 - Go Miles!!!
NOTE: I grade all of my records by listening to them. None are graded visually. I listen to all of the records that I sell at least once on my stereo system. They are played on a Thorens turntable using an AR tone arm with a Prado cartridge tracking at 1 1/4 grams. The signal is fed into a MacIntosh amp and into Bose speakers. If there are any defects, I can detect them. You can be assured that when I rate a record's condition, what I claim is what you will receive.
Shipping and handling will be "Flat Rate" $3.93 plus optional insurance and tracking. I accept PayPal. Contact me regarding possible international shipments.
