Description

CONTINENTAL U.S. BIDDERS ONLY.
Here for offer we have a lot of 4 (four) Miles Davis LPs. A great way to start or add to a Miles Davis/jazz collection.

Records and descritions are as follows:

Miles Davis - Porgy and Bess (1963 Columbia stereo 2 eye reissue of 1958 release with "360 Sound"  and "Stereo" in black letters on labels). Cover is in VG condition due to some ring wear on front cover and a corner ding on the bottom right hand corner (looks much better than I'm describing it), other than that, there are no tears or splits, spine is solid, all text on cover and spine is legible. Record is in VG condition due to some surface scuffs and scratches that do not affect play. Record still has a high gloss, certainly not worn out, and if not for these issues, the record would probably grade closer to VG+. Sounds great.
Miles Davis - In Person Friday Night At The Blackhawk (1961 Columbia stereo early 6 eye pressing with "CBS" on labels). Cover is in VG condition due to some slight ringwear on the bottom front cover and general shelf wear overall (looks much better than I'm describing it), other than that, there are no tears or splits, spine is solid, all text on cover and spine is legible. Record is in VG condition due to some scratches and marks that don't affect play. Record still has a high gloss, certainly not worn out, and if not for these issues, the record would probably grade closer to VG+. Sounds incredible, way better than it looks.

Miles Davis - At Carnegie Hall (1971 Columbia stereo reissue of 1962 release). Cover is in NM condition, with no flaws, still in shrinkwrap with sticker noting that the record can be played in mono or stereo (word to the wise - play this album in mono for best sound). The record is also in NM condition. It should also be noted that the record uses the stampers from the original stereo pressing (this album would be remastered later in the 70s). Stunning copy. Short of a nice original, you won't find a nicer copy of this album.

Miles Davis - My Funny Valentine (1977 Columbia stereo reissue of 1965 release). Cover is in VG condition due to ringwear on cover, but other than that, there are no tears or splits, spine is solid, all text on cover and spine is legible. Cover is from a 1973 reissue (which is evidenced by the older KCS prefix on the back cover), and has a sticker over the upper left hand corner of front cover and going over the spine that has the new prefix (PC) with the catalogue number, and has another sticker going over the bottom part of the spine. covering up the old price code with the new one (X698). It was a common practice for record labels to use up old label and/or jacket stock on newer issues. The LP is in VG+ condition due to some very slight sleeve scuffs that don't affect play. Record still has a high gloss, certainly not worn out, and if not for these issues, the record would probably grade closer to NM. Sounds great.

Here's a chance to own some classic jazz albums from a legend at a great price.
