Description

This auction is for a copy of Collectors' Items recorded in 1956 on the deep groove Prestige label with the 50th street address. Record # 7044. The jacket is vg+ with some corner wear and a name stamped several times on the back, and on the labels in 1/4" letters. No splits and great color. This 55 year old vinyl has numerous scuffs and scratches and considerable shine and plays vg to vg+ with some lite surface noise and a few mild snaps. No skips and no loud pops. Artists include: Miles, Walter Bishop, Sonny Rollins, Charlie Chan, Percy Heath, and Philly Joe Jones. Songs include: Compulsion, The Serpent's Tooth (two takes), Round About Midnight, In Your Own Sweet Way, Vierd Blues, and No Line. This will make a nice addition to someone's collection.
