For auction is MILES DAVIS' "Quiet Nights," on Columbia CL 2106, MONO, 2-Eye White Promo, 1964. With Ron Carter, Gil Evans, others.
SOUND: NM-
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Outstanding, powerful sound, no reservations!
VINYL: VG+/NM-
Visually, the vinyl is brilliant, clean and newish looking. There is one superficial scuff across A4, "Song #1," that doesn't affect playback. Otherwise near-flawless. The record is on large white Columbia "2-eye" promo labels, in excellent condition.
JACKET: NM-
The jacket is terrific, with all solid, straight edges and spine, with the most minimal wear. The corners are excellent, almost "sharp." The front and back covers are both very clean and unmarked, with only a touch of routine aging or wear.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
