Side 1/Side 2: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, nothig feelable, some minor surface noise or crackle in parts, still pretty clean, plays nice. 
Label: Yellow/Black "PRESTIGE RECORDS INC. • 446 W. 50th ST., N.Y.C." Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" hand etched on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: 3" top left and right 6" bottom seam split, otherwise nice.
