1988 US COLUMBIA (C5X 45000) 5 LP BOX SET WITH 24 PAGE BOOKLET OF MILES DAVIS "The Columbia Years 1955-1985"
IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT ALL THE MATERIAL CONTAINED HEREIN IS STUNNING AND THE FIVE RECORDS ARE NICELY THEMED; BLUES / STANDARDS / ORIGINALS / MOODS AND ELECTRIC (please see photos for details) - AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SET
ALL FIVE RECORDS APPEAR COMPLETELY UNPLAYED AND ON LISTENING TO RECORD ONE - BLUES - THE AUDIO PERFORMANCE IS SUPERB - CLEAN, SHARP AND FRESH
THE BOX HAS A LITTLE BUMP TO THE BOTTOM CORNER BUT IS OTHERWISE CLEAN WITH NO DAMAGE AND THE ENCLOSED BOOKLET IS MINT AND UNTOUCHED
ALL FIVE INNERS HOWEVER, HAVE SOME SPLITS TO EITHER THE BOTTOM OR SIDE EDGES - THEY ARE PRINTED ON VERY THIN PAPER AND SPLITTING WAS NIGH-ON INEVITABLE OTHERWISE, THEY ARE LIKE-NEW

RECORDS: MINT
BOOKLET: MINT
INNERS: VERY GOOD
THE SET WILL BE SECURELY PACKED WITH INTERNAL PADDING TO PREVENT MOVEMENT OF THE CONTENTS AND BUBBLE WRAPPED BEFORE BEING BOXED
