Description
Artist: MILES DAVIS QUINTET
Title: “Quiet Nights”
NOTE: Arranged and conducted by GIL EVANS. Jacket is signed by Gil Evans on reverse “To Gus – Gil Evans.”
Label: COLUMBIA. Label is solid red with white logo and black text. Monaural pressing on medium thick vinyl, does not have deep groove. Catalog number is CL-2106.
Year: 1962
Personnel: Miles Davis – trumpet; George Coleman – tenor sax; Victor Feldman – piano; Ron Carter – bass; Frank Butler - drums.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is flawless NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, has been played a small number of times, most likely once or twice, and handled with care. No scuffs, marks, or other flaws – the disc is unimprovable. Fidelity is superb. This is one you will never need to upgrade.
JACKET: Jacket is beautiful NM- with nice bright artwork. Excellent seams, a bit of wear at the corners and a couple minor traces of ring wear are just starting to appear at the bottom center. No stickers, cutout indications, or other flaws. Autographed on reverse by GIL EVANS as noted above. Overall a very fine jacket worthy of display.
