MILES DAVIS: "'ROUND ABOUT MIDNIGHT" LP - On COLUMBIA Records, CL 949.  Impossibly rare WHITE LABEL PROMO COPY of Miles' Columbia Records debut from 1957!!  Original MONO pressing with the classic Red & White '6-Eyes' labels.  This is the EARLIEST pressing with matrix numbers in trail-off vinyl (dead wax) ending '-1A/-1A'.  The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Miles Davis/trumpet; John Coltrane/tenor sax; Red Garland/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; "Philly Joe" Jones/drums.  The vinyl is in phenomenal EX to NM condition with a high luster (no marks at all)!!  The cardboard cover is in excellent shape, displays wonderfully.  There is a gentle seam split at top (approx. 3½") and at bottom (approx. 2").  No cut-out marks, no writing, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  The songs are:  'Round Midnight; Ah-Leu-Cha; All Of You; Bye Bye Blackbird; Tadd's Delight; Dear Old Stockholm.
