MINT- 1ST PRESS BEATLES A HARD DAYS NIGHT LP in SHRINK

This is an original 1964 album by THE BEATLES in MONO titled “A HARD DAYS NIGHT”. The album was released in April of 1964. Comes with shrink wrap and an old price tag on the shrink. The shrink is fully intact.

This first pressing has a record label that appears smaller in diameter and has a deep circular crevice on both sides. Most monos have the flat label with a definitively shallower circular crevice on it.

Also, the record jacket only mentions "This Boy" in the publishing credits and does NOT MENTION "I Cry Instead" (See Picture Below). An additional mono cover (jacket) will be sent to the winner to keep that is in Near-Mint shape and has both songs listed in the publishing credits. This is so you can make the comparison. It is also shown below.

The record itself is in Near-Mint 8/9 shape with vinyl that has NO surface scratches and NO needle scratches! On one side is a tiny, short paper scuff that is very light and tough to see under a lamp. Otherwise, the record looks like it is brand new. The vinyl is glossy and looks wonderful! The record is flat and without warp or dish. It is stiff and very rigid unlike later pressings.

The 1st Press cover has NO surface wear and NO discoloration on the front or back. The printing on the spine is clear, centered and legible. The back is virgin white. The top and bottom seams are Near-Mint with No aging signs or surface wear or flaking on them at all. The only issue that I see is a dinged bottom left corner while all the colors and pictures on this cover are sharp and bright.

The original 1st isssue Capitol inner sleeve is included. There are NO side rips or tears on the two sides or bottom. NM!

The second cover is also in gorgeous shape with NO surface wear on the front, back , seams or spine. The printing on the spine is centered and gorgeous. NO rips, tears or flaking. Only a small spot on the back upper right corner is a negative.
