Description

Like all my singles (and most albums) this 45 was stored away back in the day, and never played.  I was music director at a radio station and took home extra copies of the songs we played on the air--but not to play them at home, just collected them. .  Mystery Train was recorded at Sun Records in 1955, and this Gold Standard copy from RCA came out in 1970.  Reference works mention this one (447-0600 as having a red label, but as you can see this one is a shiny new black. (So rare?) This copy was shipped directly to me from RCA Records in L.A.  So, if you want an actual mint copy of this one by The King, here you go.  The vinyl is perfect.  The sleeve has very minor age/storage wrinkles, but if you’re missing this tune in your collection or want to upgrade the one you have, you won’t find a better copy! You'll be the first to play it, if you choose to.  See the pics to make a judgement on the sleeve.
