Description
An original pressing of The Minutemen's 1984 masterpiece "Double Nickels On The Dime" on SST (cat# SST028 with Lawndale address for the record label), on incredibly rare white vinyl! This is seriously one of the more groundbreaking and important records of the genre, and it's influence is wide-reaching and still felt to this day. A complete must for any collector and impossible to find on white wax! Don't sleep on this one.
Vinyl is in impecable condition, easily VG+/NM-, with no visible marks or flaws. Gatefold jacket is also in incredibly preserved shape, with only some very very slight corner bending, even more slight ringwear and price sticker residue. The gloss and sheen is still pretty strong, especially on the inside cover, complete with collage style liner notes and Raymond Pettibon drawings. Overall, this record has been amazingly preserved and plays fantastically.
Shipping & Handling costs: In the United States, LPs are $9.00 Priority Mail, $4.00 Media Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation. 7"s are $5.00 Priority, $3.00 Media Mail. To Canada, International First Class Mail is $8.00 for LPs, $5.00 for 7"s Overseas International First Class Mail is $15.00 for LPs, $8.00 for 7"s. The record will be packed carefully in a sturdy cardboard mailer, created just for the purpose of sending records undamaged through the mail. Any insurance, tracking or other additional shipping concerns can be purchased by the buyer. I cannot and will not be held responsible if the item is lost, damaged or delayed in the hands of the postal service, especially on overseas orders. Bidding on this item assumes the understanding that it's the buyer's responsibility to take measures insuring the item's delivery. I will happily combine shipping costs on multiple wins!
Returns are acceptable within 7 days of payment and only reasonable returns (i.e. it wasn't the right thing, condition was not as expected, etc.). Unsatisfied customers will be re-imbursed for full price of the item and postage paid, minus our eBay and paypal fees only once the item is received. The goal here is buyer satisfaction, and for there to be minimal hassle on both ends.
