MISFITS - ORIG : Die Die My Darling 12" VINYL '84 Black ULTRA RARE*!!! A BEAUTY! Condition is LIKE NEW*. Sent MEDIA MAIL (very lovingly & safely secured)

(I would like to preface this with full disclosure. I am NOT a vinyl expert of any sort. I'm learning, but have a road to travel. I'm just some cat loves music, especially in VINYL form). Okay, first off, the claim of "NEW" and the classification of EX, M, NM, etc. is MY interpretation. I just want to make the claim that this fu**er is NICE! There are NO scratches, gouges, ringwear, scuffage, creases, cracks, sun fading and on and on as any 'ophile would "retent", (i made that up. hee) and fetish over.

Notes Translucent black vinyl copies with "C&P Hell-bent Music" on center labels. Sleeve is black, Misfits logo on front is violet purple, and band photographs on back are black and white or light pink or same color as front. Vinyl appears an opaque black, but when held up in bright light, it apears a slightly translucent light beige or brown cigarrish (yep) tone. Cheap vinyl or intentional? I dunno.

"Small" center ring (from 1991).

On the catalog number of the B-side label (PL9-03B), the "B" is smaller than the "3".

Both sides play at 45 RPM.

Title appears as "Die, Die, My Darling" on the spine. C & P Hell-bent music.

I received this for a birthday from a friend anywhere from '86 to '88. It was purchased NEW, and remained so for several years, until one day a relative's child (like a 2nd cousin some number removed or some stupid nuisance like that) decided to remove the shrinkwrap and the little red "EIDE'S" sticker along with it. (EIDE'S RECORDS in Pittsburgh, PA). I was like, "Little Jimmy Billy Sammy Jon Jon Winston Tad toddler Keith!!! WHAT THE SMEARY S** T DID YOU DO!?!?!?!?!?" "I opened it.", he replied. "I See that.", I simmered. "Why did you do that?" "I wanted to see in there." he unwittingly replied. As I put an eye back in my head, I sought the high road, and gathered my composure. "Did you like it?" (c'mon. what did you want me to say? SHUT UP!!!). "Yes", came the retort. "Cool", I replied as I put it back into the heavyweight plastic jacket that had served as a SECOND skin up until that point...

...It looked good in it's promotion.
