Shipping, Handling and Return Information:

I take extra care in packaging and shipping my items. I sometimes reuse good shipping material as it would be a waste to trash it back into the environment. I will not just throw something together and cram it into a box. I will ensure that once your valuable item is wrapped with my special care-it will arrive in the same condition it left.

I ship USPS WITHIN 2 days of CLEARED PAYMENT. I will provide a confirmation number as I like to track and ensure that your item arrives within a decent time frame. If you have NOT received your item within 5 days, PLEASE contact me! The sooner you pay, the sooner you will receive your item. However, if I am delayed a few days in getting to the Post Office, I will most certainly pay the extra cost for Priority Shipping-no problem.
Once payment has cleared and I have shipped your item, I leave positive feedback.
There are no returns for items, they are SOLD AS IS, from a smoke free home.

Please read the item description carefully because I do not accept returns.

I truly do my best in describing all of my listings and I am human and errors may occur in some rare circumstances. Please have the common courtesy to contact me if your item is not how I described in my listing BEFORE you decide to take it upon yourself to file a claim or leave negative feedback. I will do what it takes to fix it!
If you are a newbie with less than 10 feedback-NP, I highly recommend paying for the item fast.
When you receive your item, I would be so happy if you left me positive feedback. I realize we all have busy lives and even a 'TNX' is totally sufficient!
