    MISTREATER - "Swami"(Mistreater Records):   Maybe you know this Ohio hard rock band from its "Hell's Fire"/"Baby Blue" 7", its appearance(s) on the "Cleveland Metal" and/or "Cleveland's Heavy Metal: Etched In Steel" LPs, and/or its "Hell's Fire" LP. I've got 'em all(+ the related singles by Scarem and Scarum, which were recorded around the same time)!!

      This is Mistreater's second LP, recorded over a 3-year period beginning in '83 or '84 & released in '87 by the band on its own Mistreater Records label(some might refer to this as a private pressing).

      This is an original, new, never-opened, factory-sealed U.S. vinyl LP private pressing from 1987.  There is minor wear on the cover, and the back cover slick(which is the nice, old-school paste-on style) is not completely flat(there is bubbling in areas--as if the cover slick had not been completely smoothed-down after it was applied at the factory.  I have had several dozen copies of this LP over the years, and this imperfection was very common among them.  The front cover does not have this imperfection).

     I guarantee that the item is in the condition described in this listing by offering a 100% money-back refund(including all postage costs) if the buyer disagrees.  The buyer must contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item & the item must be returned in the same condition.   Returns will not be accepted without my prior approval.  Because I cannot be responsible for packages that may be damaged or lost by the Post Office(s) after I have mailed them, no refunds will be given for packages that are not insured or registered. That is the buyers' option, and buyers assume the risk and the responsibility for any packages sent that are not insured or registered.

     If anyone buys more than one record from my current listings, I will ship the records together in one mailer if I receive all payments within eight days of the end of my earliest auction.

     I've been selling records by mailorder worldwide since the 1980's, and I will ship this record--carefully packaged in a record mailer with protection inside around the record--worldwide, per the following costs for postage & packaging (NOTE:   I usually travel to the Post Office to ship records only one day each week--and that day is not always the same--so depending on which day of the week I receive payments, I may not mail records until the end of the week FOLLOWING the week in which I receive payment):

U.S.A.:                            $5.99 via Media Mail for 1 or 2  records shipped anywhere in the 50 States.  $1 for each extra 1 or 2 records shipped in the same mailer.   Priority Mail, etc. is available...just tell me what you'd like to pay for.

CANADA:                              $24 for one or two 12" records shipped in the same mailer.
MEXICO:                               $25 for one or two 12" records shipped in the same mailer.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:   $29 for one or two 12" records shipped in the same mailer.

      When shipping to countries outside the U.S.A., I'll ship per the buyer's instructions for any extras
(registration, etc.). In any case, tell me your preferred shipping method. Packages sent to countries other
than the U.S.A. may be assessed customs fees by those countries; if you want to know if your country assesses
such fees--and if so, what those fees are--contact your country's customs officials.
