MODERN BRASS ORCHESTRA (alias for BRIAN BENNETT / TREVOR BASTOW / BRIAN WADE / DAVID GOLD) - EASY SOUND on BRUTON (BRG 11) from 1979


Description: One you’ll never see for sale. 1° Italian edition from 1979 under Flower/Flipper music edition of a classic UK Bruton catalogue by funk/jazz masters Trevor Bastow and Brian Bennett. The original title is “way ahead” that Flower label licensed under this “Easy sounds” title for the Italian market. The whole record is all about the A side, written and directed by Trevor Bastow that delivers Very good, powerful and mellow funk and stomping disco-funk (Spotlight, Happy Heart and Disco Data are perfect example) that is a potential material for hip hop and beat-headz! Rare LP!

 

Conditions: Original picture sleeve cover is M-, moderate ring wear on the back cover. Record is M-, unplayed. Label super clean. Superb production sound.
