You are looking at a beautiful copy of MODEST MOUSE's Building Nothing our of Something on vinyl. Long out of print on Up Records. This has been in my personal collection since it came out - I'm a total record geek and take wonderful care of my albums. This one is no exception - the record is in near mint condition (it has a few minor marks on it, but it plays perfect) and the sleeve is still in the shrink wrap, in near mint condition with no signs of wear or tear. This one has probably been listened to less than 10 times since it came out - trust me, its gorgeous!
