Sleeve is in Excellent condition, almost Near Mint: perfect corners and spine, slight creasing on back cover ( upper left corner ), barely noticeable! Vinyl is also in Excellent condition; some slight scuffing here and there from sleeve removal, a small surface hairline on one side of one record ( doesn't affect play).. looks great, plays clean!  ...includes both printed inner sleeves with lyrics!

All records are removed from outer sleeve before packing and sent in sturdy, specialized cardboard record mailers.
