This is 45 RPM on Pianphon  EP 0300   Israeli issue

Picture sleeve is VG+

Visually vinyl is a very glossy VG++ with some  minor scuff marks and a few  light superficial hairline scratches . There is a slight warp to it. However it does not skip on my turtbale

Pianophon was an Israeli label specializing in releasing Arabic artists for the Israeli market in the 1960s. This was done without proper license agreement from the original Arab record companies and artists. In that sense these releases could be considered as unofficial.
