Here is a brilliant super rare original uk copy of 'Moira Kerr's' excellent third folk album. Moira's 'The Cottage On The Hill' was privately pressed in 1976 by the tiny Glasgow based 'MWS' record label, this album was only ever pressed up in very small numbers and is now very rare and extremely difficult to find in nice condition. This original copy on offer here is in EX++/NM very clean condition and has only ever had just a couple of plays in 33 years. The thick pressed vinyl has a brilliant original sheen with just a couple of the very lightest signs of play, and the front laminated sleeve is also in top condition with no faults. This is a top copy in top condition that will definitely not disappoint in any way.
1ST PRESS VINYL = EX++/NM
This very rare original 1976 uk 1st issue vinyl is in beautiful EX++ to NM very clean condition and has obviously been barely played at all. The vinyl is of nice thick quality and both sides have a really superb original sheen with just a couple of very light signs of use, there are no nasty or deep marks, scuffs or scratches at all, so there are no loud clicks or pops to be heard and no annoying loud crackle, all tracks play and sound excellent throughout, the sound quality is excellent from beginning to end with barely any background crackle at all. This is just a brilliant very rare original copy that plays and sounds excellent throughout and will definitely not disappoint in any way.
MATT BLUE -MWS- LABELS = NM
The matt blue MWS labels are in superb very clean condition and look very near perfect. I can see just one spindle trace visible on side two and none at all on side one. This is a good indication that this album has been played just a few times.
FRONT LAMINATED SLEEVE + EX+
The front laminated matt back single sleeve is in really excellent very clean and tidy condition and has no bad faults at all. The front lamination is excellent with a very nice high gloss sheen, there are just a couple of very light creases otherwise the front is superb. The white matt back cover is still consistently clean and white, there are no marks and no staining and only the lightest traces of age/wear. The edges and spine are in really excellent condition, the top and bottom edges are just about perfect and are free of any wear at all and the covers opening still has a nice sharp straight edge. The spine is also in really great shape with all text bold and clear and very easy to read. This front laminated sleeve really is in great condition and has no bad faults or flaws at all. The plain white poly-lined inner sleeve is still nice and clean with no splits and minimal creasing.

I pack my records very well, the album will be removed from the outer cover to avoid seem/edge splits in transit, plenty of rigid cardboard support will be used to avoid corners bending, this album will reach you in the same condition as advertised.
