MONKEES: D W WASHBURN/IT'S NICE TO BE WITH YOU - SIGNED 
RCA Victor 1706 - 1968 - original UK release in V GOOD condition with acceptable surface noise on both sides. The cardboard sleeve is covered with pictures: a pic of the boys in their Mexican costumes from season 1 on one side and a pic of Mickey on the other - this picture (taken from a pop paper at the time) is signed by Davy: an authentic signature when I met him in Leeds in the early 70s when he was touring in Forget-Me-Not Lane.
