MONO The Beatles MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR Capitol Records 1st U.S. pressing on Capitol rainbow labels.
MAL X-1-2835 and MAL X-2-2835 catalog number, includes inner booklet. Cover and booklet in rough shape, record itself is solid.
Jacksonville Pressing as denoted by the "o" in runouts. Booklet has "no you're not" in block print not cursive.
VINYL in VG+ with light hairlines and paper scuffs that create light background crackle and occasional pop. Play tested all the way, solid VG+!!
COVER in G with wear on corners, edges, with lots of chipping. Seams are separating on both sections, split seam at top almost all the way, outer sleeve split halfway, inner gatefold yellowed and stained, writing on 1st section name written in blue, inner spine has paper lifting.
INNER BOOKLET in G+ with yellowing/staining, tape on last page bottom. Booklet is separated from gatefold, 2 pages attached to gatefold are stained with old tape in inner section, and 2 repaired tears on last page.
Notes:
Jacksonville mono variant with "MAL-X-1-2835" and "MAL-X-2-2835" label matrices.
Original issue with ("No You're Not" said Little Nicola) under the "I Am The Walrus" title inside the gatefold sleeve in block print and not cursive as in later issues.
Capitol rainbow label with ''MFD. BY CAPITOL RECORDS, INC. U.S.A.'' in the bottom rim, to the left of the T. M., the Capitol logo, and the rest of the usual, standard boilerplate wording.
Issued in a gatefold cover with a 24-page stapled booklet glued inside.
"O" stamped into the runout denotes this was pressed at Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Jacksonville
