THE MOOD-MOSAIC featuring The Ladybirds: A Touch Of Velvet - A Sting Of Brass / b/w.: THE MOOD-MOSAIC: Bond Street P.M. (´69 / scarce orig. German issue / COLUMBIA 1 C 006-90662 M / blue label / produced by Mark Wirtz / this was used as the "introduction music" (or "theme music") for the legendary German TV show, "Beat Club", and as a consequence this record has become a kind of a "cult classic" / this 7" did remain unissued in Germany in 1966, when it was released in the U.K. for the first time - there are two completely different p/s variations of this 1st German issue in existence (with the same catalogue no.!), which came out in 1969 resp. in 1970, and on offer here you´ll find the slightly earlier 1st p/s variation from 1969 / as far as rarity is concerned, there is no notable difference between the two German versions, it´s just a matter of taste, a decision between the designs of these two variations, the design of the "Beat-Club" logo or the "shoe sole" design, which is offered in this auction)

DESCRIPTION:
the corners and the top of the p/s are somewhat bent, and there are a few - but only minor - creases at the top / the p/s is overall a bit crinkled, and there are several vertical and diagonal folding lines, mostly on the frontside / otherwise the p/s is in really nice condition, there´s only a light to very light ringwear / the vinyl has slight hairlines on the surface, but there are no deeper serious scratches / the labels are cleanWHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
