This is the `very rare` original 1st UK `MONO` Pressing of `Days Of Future Passed`, by UK Prog/Psych band `The Moody Blues`. It comes in the first issue front laminated sleeve with white stripe on front and the brown lettering on the labels also with the double indent - Matrix: Side 1 - ARP 8078 2W Side 2 - ARP 8079 2W
Days of Future Passed is the second album and first concept album by English prog rock band the Moody Blues, released in November 1967 by Deram Records in the UK and March 1968 in the US. With its fusion of orchestral and rock elements, it has been cited as one of the first examples of progressive rock.

Vinyl Grading (EX++/NM-) Heavy Thick Viny that looks superb, even under bright LED lights I can only see the lightest of sleeve removal scuffs, 1 or 2 unfeelable hairlines, no scratches, Plays great no sticks or jumps
Label Grading - Lovely Clean Orange/Brown Reprise labels - ! cant see any Spindle Lines

Sleeve Grading (EX) - Lovely front laminated sleeve, clearly readable spine, sharp opening, no edge wear, no ring wear, the white backboard is clean (unusual for this album) the corner has a bend (Please see photos for complete overview)


Packing Details – Every record will have the following:

• Records placed separate from sleeve to avoid knifing
• Sleeve and Vinyl placed in Polythene outer
• 2x 12” Card stiffeners to protect from bending
• Sealed in bubble wrap for extra protection
• placed in cruciform professional record mailer
• Quality Corner protection

Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in UK Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint,  EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
