Description
MOON MULLICAN piano breakdown PARLOPHONE EP (CGEP 15) Rare export issue EP in company export sleeve! I have just acquired a collection of unusual export issue 45's and EP'S, which i am selling individually here on ebay this week. These were all made in the UK to be exported by E.M.I. and come in either MGM, Parlophone, Columbia or His Master's Voice 'Extended Play' export sleeves (all part of the EMI group). Most are in remarkably good condition considering how old they are, and all are in very acceptable playable condition.
Available here is:
Artist: MOON MULLICAN
Title: PIANO BREAKDOWN
Format: 7-inch EP
Label: PARLOPHONE, UK (CGEP 15)
Year: 1950's
Style: hillbilly boogie, rockabilly
Info: Very rare export issue 45 featuring piano solos by king of the hillbilly piano players Moon Mullican!
Comes in original Parlophone company die-cut export sleeve.
Four tracks:-
A1) PIANO BREAKDOWN
A2) MOONSHINE BLUES
B1) COUNTRY BOOGIE
B2) MEMPHIS BLUES
Vinyl on side A in excellent- condition and looks remarkably clean for a record from the 1950's with just a bit of light surface wear, and plays very nicely with just slight background crackles which aren't all that noticeable. Side B is pretty much the same but is in very good condition due to a small mild scratch at the very start which causes about 10 average clicks as the first song is starting, but the rest of the side plays fine.
Labels are nicely clean with only a small amount of spindle marks
Sleeve in very good++ condition and again looks very tidy for its age! Mild feathering on the opening edge, minor scuffing on corners and some parts of the spines. Two small tears on the edge of the centre hole on rear. No writing or stickers anywhere.
I am selling lots more rare export records this week so please check my other auctions and ebay shop..!
Will be posted in strong professional packaging to avoid damage in transit.
I do combined shipping rates if you are thinking of buying more than one item.
Shipping to outside of UK in Europe is £1.75 / USA is £2.75 / Japan and Australia is £3.00
All items are sent at buyers own risk and i cannot be held responsible for items going missing in the post. I do obtain a certificate of postage for each item i send which is date-stamped and signed at the post office as confirmation, but if you want to be sure of it arriving its better to get recorded, registered or trackable mail - ask me if you want this. For orders inside the UK i accept paypal, personal cheques or postal orders. If the item is £19.99 or above please choose recorded delivery! For orders outside of the UK i accept paypal or international money orders. If the item is £19.99 or above i would prefer it if you asked me for 'international signed for' registered mail, which is £4.50 extra.
