Country, year : ITALY - 1969

Conditions : fold-out cover featuring inside an extra page with colour photos and the comment of the director Giuseppe Patroni Griffi, shows a tiny writing – F/20 – and a record store stamping on the upper part of the back, please look at image nr. 2 below, otherwise perfect, MINT- / disc MINT- .  Original first pressing. In order to correctly regard at it as the very first issue, the label has to carry the boxed writing BIEM, so as pictured at image nr. 3 below. The 2nd pressing - issued one year later - while mantaining the same cover, carries instead on the label the writing SIAE.

Notes : music Ennio Morricone, orchestra Bruno Nicolai. One of the most known scores by Morricone : very nice tunes such as the sophisticated bossa " METTI UNA SERA A CENA ", the romantic theme " UNO CHE GRIDA AMORE ", both underlined by Edda Dell'Orso's magnificent wordless vocalisms, " RIC HAPPENING " characterized by a rarefied psychedelic atmosphere underlined by the sitar, " ALLA LUCE DEL GIORNO ", an exciting dance tune with Nicolai himself on organ Thomas and the wordless vocals of the chorus, are alternated by seductive atmospheric themes always with wonderful personality. 9 tracks.

An Italian bitter comedy, starring Jean-Louis Trintignant, Tony Musante, Annie Girardot, Florinda Bolkan, Lino Capolicchio, directed by Giuseppe Patroni Griffi.
